When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 2 business days. All orders include a shipping tracking number.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number which can be tracked on

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping rates within the United States (including HI and AK) varies depending on the location and can be seen once you enter your address at checkout. International shipping rate also are calculated depending on the destination.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

These are the approximate average shipping times.

  • California: 2 business days
  • Other US states: 3-5 business days
  • International: 10 – 15 business days

How will my order be shipped?

We ship all of our domestic orders via USPS first class mail. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes, you can choose a faster shipping time at checkout based on your needs. The processing times will still be 2 days.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes. We ship to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS. There is no additional charge for shipping to these states.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. International shipping fee is based on the destination of your order.

Shipping fees do not include customs and brokerage fess. The customer is responsible for all customs and brokerage fees which may vary per country.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept payments through credit cards, Google Pay, .Apple Pay and PayPal

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards at this time, but would be happy to assist you in purchasing a gift for a loved one. Send us an email at and we will do our best to help you with your gift plans.

I received an email that my order was delivered but I didn't receive it, what should I do?

Your delivery confirmation message is sent automatically as the shipping company send us an update. 

If you chose USPS we suggest you wait 24 to 48 to see if the package is delivered. If not, please contact your local USPS store with your tracking number. You may also check with your neighbors and ask within your household to make sure it was not delivered to somebody else.

If your item was shipped with any other service such as UPS, DHL or FedEx you may contact them directly as soon as possible with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for orders that show delivered in our tracking system but we are happy to help with any documentation needed to process your missing package with your shipper.

What type of leather do you use?

We use a mix of vegetable tanned leathers from Mexico which you can be seen in our Sustainble Leather collection. We also offer full grain leathers from all over the world which are found and rescued from the past to give it new purpose, this collection can be seen in the Reimagined Leather collection

Where does your leather come from?

Our Sustainable leathers come from multiple environmental responsible tanneries around the world. We only select tanneries that have been audited a rated by the Leather Working group ensuring they meet standards of quality, ethical work environment and water treatment methods.

Our Reimagined leathers come from being rescued and repurposed. They are all full grain high quality leathers 

How does your leather wear?

The leather’s rich and transparent color finish have an ever evolving life, changing tone with wear as part of their natural beauty. Our leathers age beautifully with time and it will take on its own personality with a really rich patina and no color transferring.

Can you customize my order?

We can emboss most of our items with your initials or a short message no longer than 3 characters. The cost for custom embossing is $10 per item. Please email us at if you are interested. All monogrammed items are final sale.

Do you offer replacements for any hardware?

Yes, but only for certain items. Email us at with your purchase and product info (style, and color), and we can send you a replacement. Please note that replacement costs start at $10 and prices may vary.

Do you have any leather care tips?

  • Do not leave your accessories out in direct sunlight for extended number of hours as this may cause fading and drying of the leather.
  • If the leather gets wet, let it air dry slowly and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat.
  • Leather stretches out with tension but it doesn’t go back, don’t overfill your accessories.
  • Please keep in mind leather stretches even faster when wet or in extreme heat.

Yes, our manufacturing and design experience have proven to be a great combination to help those with a great idea but don't know anything about design.
