Refund policy

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@casupo.co within 14 days of receiving your shipment, and include your email address and invoice number. 

For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/color. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization will be given to you within 48 hours with return/exchange instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.

The returned item cannot be returned if they show any signs of wear. The original box or bag must be returned, and include the original packaging.

Final Sale items may not be returned.

Due to health risks, face masks are not returnable and can not be exchanged.

CASUPO reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. We appreciate your understanding.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
