How our sample-making service works

Our process starts with a quick, 15-minute introductory call, where we can discuss your ideas and gather the vital information needed for your project. This conversation helps us estimate costs and prepare a customized Project Quote (PQ) for your review.

Once you approve the PQ and complete the initial payment, we’ll arrange a 60-minute design consultation with one of our skilled sample makers. Here, we begin transforming your concept into reality. Drawing from our extensive inventory of materials, we craft your first sample, ensuring it meets your exact requirements.

Following a review of the first sample, we’ll set up a 30-minute consultation to fine-tune and confirm any necessary adjustments. We then create your final sample, with any specific material preferences accounted for, and communicate any additional costs for special materials transparently.

Once the final payment is received, we promptly ship your completed sample, along with a Bill of Materials and sourcing recommendations.
