What is the return policy?
Sale Items are Final Sale.
Not sale items: If you received your wallet or leather accessory order and find your item doesn’t meet your needs, please email us ASAP and we will send you instructions for returning your purchased product. All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery. All orders placed between November 15th and December 24th can be returned by December 30th for a full refund. The returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and packaging. A refund will be issued after we have received and reviewed your item, and it does not void any warranties or policies. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
For health reasons all face masks are considered a personal item and unfortunately we can't accept returns or exchange on them.
What does your warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 6 months from original date of purchase. This warranty includes defects to zippers, hardware and stitching. This warranty does not cover damage caused by owner or purchaser fault, neglect, or regular "wear and tear". We will inspect each warranty claim product and issue the appropriate replacement product or part if needed. Contact us with any warranty questions at email@example.com
